Winter fitness training is well underway at Port Isaac Rowing Club, with two sessions a week keeping us strong through the colder months – one at Hawksfield Gym and another at the Village Hall. These sessions are all about building fitness and teamwork as we prepare for the season ahead, with a particular focus on upcoming regattas and the World Gig Championships on the Isles of Scilly in early May.
